By commissioning us, you agree to all Terms Of Service listed here and discussed privately.

Hi! What's listed below is some very important information you should know before commissioning us. Before sending us an email for a quote, please read through all of our terms.

*  There is a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due before any work can be started on your suit. All payments must be paid in USD. All quotes and prices are given in USD and must be converted from any other currency by the commissioner. All payments being made outside the US must be paid through PayPal. Please contact us for any questions or concerns you may have. All payments will be sent through invoice. Payment plans may be discussed.

 

 

 

 

*  We ask that you be at least 18 years or older to commission a fursuit from us. By sending payment via invoice, you are agreeing you are at least 18 years of age. (You must be 18 to have a PayPal in the first place) Parents may contact me if buying for their child. In the event a commissioner lies about their age, i assume no responsibility, and full refunds are NOT guaranteed.

 

 

 

*  Returns can be made for repairs only. We will not accept returns for refunds. 

 

 

 

 

 

 *  We offer a 1 month (30 day) warranty for free repairs for any mistake we, as the builder, made. Such as wrong sizing of the head, hands, feet, body, etc. If its a mistake made by us, we'll cover shipping back to you. You'll be responsible for sending the suit parts to be repaired. Exceptions apply, including but not limited to, substantial wrong sizing, to where you are unable to wear the costume at all and/or safely. All repairs are FREE!

 

This does not include damage done while shipping or inflicted while in the buyers possession do to wear and tear or neglect. Any insurance during shipping will be calculated and included in shipping costs. We do, however, offer any repairs for any suit or suit part at any time after purchasing (or after the 1 month warranty has expired) for a fee. Shipping both ways needs to be paid by the buyer plus any repair costs. Please include pictures and description of the damage in order to get a quote for fixing the item or suit.

 

 

 

 *  After your suit has begun construction, we reserve all rights to refuse refunds. In most cases we will refund you up to your 50% non-refundable deposit. If work has been started, we will also factor in cost for time and labor. We are not obligated to give full refunds at any time. 

 

If you are in need of a refund, as stated above, we will issue a refund minus the 50% non-refundable deposit and time and labor costs. Once refunded, you will not be allowed to receive the commission in progress, since you have not paid in full and therefore you forfeit your commission. If you are hurting for money, please contact us, we are more then happy to let you extend the payment plan. (We won't return money, then accept payments later. All returns are final and you will have to re-commission your order)

 

 

Please note: I am not obligated to give full refunds for any item such as tails, hand paws, feet paws, and arm/leg sleeves once the item has been started. Once the item has been started on, the money has been used and refunds will not be given. (Shipping for parts is calculated in cost and will also not be refundable) All items commissioned will be completed and sent.

*100% refunds may be issued in case of error or neglect on my part as the maker, including but not limited to

-Failure to complete order within 18 months of final payment, or discussed extentions.

-Inability to complete order due to personal events, even if the order has been started

-Drastic changes in quality of work

-Extremely poor communication

 In the event of a full refund due to my own neglect, it may take a few months to send the full refund. Due to buying supplies and being only one person, I often don't have the money sitting ready for refunds. I will do my best to make any issue right ASAP.

Wait times over 24 months after the final payment is made are an automatic full refund unless commissioner verbally consents to wait longer. In this case, I will up front offer the refund.

 

 

 

*  When buying your suit, full payment is required before i send out the suit to its owner, and a 50% non-refundable fee is required before i begin work on your suit. We only accept paypal at this time. Once the deposit is made, we will begin work on smaller parts and pieces such as hands and tails, we do not start work on the heads or bodies until 100% of the total payment is received. Once full payment is received, the last of the work will be completed and weighed for shipping costs. Once shipping is paid, the suit will be on its way to it's new owner.

 

 

*  Please allow up to 18 months from final payment for your suit to be completed and sent out. Unless discussed differently beforehand. With a project lineup it can take anywhere from 3-18 months. In the event of a Family emergencies or other unfortunate events and you do not receive a tracking number within 19 months of your final payment, shipping is free! (Some restrictions may apply, including but not limited to: Limited contact with commissioners, limited funds to offer such assistance, rush orders, and insurance costs)



WIP's (work in progress shots) will be available from time to time on my social media accounts, including twitter (@Kymahwolf) and can be sent to you by email or facebook. If you want to instant message me for fast responses to questions or quotes and easy WIP shots, send me a message on our official facebook page, and I'll get back to you ASAP. (Please note that although we do offer WIP's, they won't be frequent and may only be a select few, unless specifically requested. Once the suit or parts are finished they will be photographed and posted on my social media accounts and sent to the commissioner via email or other PMing devices.

 

 

 

* If during a commission the commissioner were to delete the account or accounts we are using for communication about the commission, and ignore or are unable to see our attempts to contact you, you forfeit your commission and are not subject to a refund. We will give 12 months time to reach us or answer our messages (via any communication network or media) After that time, you forfeit your commission and may not be eligible to receive a refund. See #5 for more about refunds. 

In the case of an emergency and you are unable to contact us, these rules do not apply. Please just let us know as soon as you can, and well be more then willing to work with you.

* We only make fursuits of your original characters that you own. we will not make copyrighted characters or remake characters that we've made in the past (unless from the original commissioner)

* If you wish to make changes to the design of your character after a quote or deposit, there may be an increase in price since the quote that you received was for the original reference. You may not, however, make changes to your characters design once supplies have been bought. I can not guarantee to be able to make any changes.

* Right now we do not offer any kind of padding in bodies or otherwise. Including digitigrade padding, muscles, etc.

 

 

** We are a small, one person business with handmade, one of a kind costumes, made by an artist(s). They may contain imperfections, flaws and inconsistencies. By commissioning you acknowledge that  your final product will not be identical to those that you see in my galleries. It is the commissioners responsibility to point out any flaws or dislikes during the creation process, and items can not be returned for refunds if dis-satisfied. We will be more than happy to work with you during the creation process to produce something you are excited about! We always strive for our best!

* We want the best for our commissioners and are always ready and happy to work closely in creating the best suits we can. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me and I'd be happy to answer questions and chat more about the process. We aim to do the best for YOU.
